Order Processing and Delivery Information
We process orders within two business days, excluding public holidays.
Delivery times for EU, UK and US customers:
Small parcels are usually delivered within three working days.
Larger shipments may take 3-5 business days. Please contact us at lina@ginfids.com for any specific delivery issues. Currently, our delivery service is only available to customers in the EU, UK and US.
EU countries we serve:
We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping to many areas. However, certain remote or island areas may not qualify; please contact us in advance if you live in these areas.
Currently, we only offer delivery within the EU and the UK, where shipping is free and includes tax.
Important Notice:
Addresses will not be allowed to change once they are in transit. We use a standard delivery method based on the size and weight of the package; there is no other option.
Stock availability and delivery timeframe:
If the item you ordered is in stock, it will be shipped within the time frame specified on the product page.
Post-Order Process:
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details once the item has shipped. Please check your email frequently for updates.
Tracking Information:
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will share the tracking details with you. Tracking updates will only be visible once the package arrives in the destination country and is forwarded to the local carrier.
Taxes and Fees:
There are no taxes or fees for EU, UK and US customers.

Please make sure someone signs for your package to avoid leaving it unattended.
