Warranty Policy
If your product shows quality issues within the warranty period (excluding damage from human actions, disassembly, or modification), we will replace the product or provide replacement parts free of charge.
Warranty Coverage: All products except fragile items, glass products, cushions, backrests, and consumables are covered. If your product is damaged upon delivery, we will send you a new one free of charge.
International Warranty Standard: Term: 12 months.
Outdoor Furniture Products: Our products have a 5-year quality guarantee, indicating durability under normal conditions. However, the warranty period is 12 months, during which any quality issues will be addressed with free replacements. Please check the product page for specific warranty durations.
Indoor Furniture Products: These come with a 6-month warranty. During this period, if you experience quality issues, contact us for assistance, including technical guidance and free replacement parts.
General Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
Damage from accidents or collisions.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Deliberate misuse.
Rough handling.
Normal wear and tear, such as scratches or dents.
Damage from natural factors.
If issues arise, please contact us. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. We require your cooperation in providing photos, videos, or other evidence to assess the warranty claim.
